1. Data Controller

Pacermind is developed and operated by Rainlonely Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). For any privacy questions, contact rainlonely@me.com.

2. Data We Access

• Running metrics retrieved from Apple Health (distance, duration, pace, cadence, heart rate).
• Workout metadata you choose to sync from Strava, if connected.
• Device information limited to iOS version and language for UI rendering.

Pacermind does not collect personal identifiers such as name, email, or location.

3. On-Device Processing

All calculations, AI models, and insight generation run locally on your iPhone. We do not transmit raw or derived workout data to external servers.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Workout summaries and insights remain stored in your device’s secure container. Removing the Pacermind app deletes all locally stored data. We do not maintain backups outside your device.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

Pacermind does not share data with third parties. When you connect Strava, the secure authentication is handled by Strava; Pacermind only receives the workout data you approve.

6. User Controls

• Revoke HealthKit permissions at any time by visiting iOS Settings → Health → Data Access.
• Disconnect Strava via Pacermind Settings → Connections.
• Delete local history through Pacermind Settings → Clear Insights.

7. Children’s Privacy

Pacermind is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly process data from younger users.

8. Policy Updates

When we update this policy, we will highlight the changes in-app and note the revision date below.
